Accessibility at playqueensgame

We want Queens puzzles to stay readable, keyboard-friendly, and usable across devices. This page describes current support without claiming certification.

Current support

Responsive layout

The board and navigation adapt for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.

Semantic navigation

Primary links, mobile menu controls, and account actions use accessible labels where the current UI provides them.

Color plus symbols

The game uses colored regions and queen/X symbols so progress is not communicated by color alone.

No forced account

Guests can start playing early levels without completing sign-in first.

Planned improvements

High contrast options

A future board setting should make region boundaries and pieces easier to distinguish.

Reduced motion preference

Animations should respect users who prefer less motion.

Larger board symbols

We plan to improve readability for small screens and low-vision players.

More complete keyboard testing

We will keep testing puzzle controls and modal flows so keyboard users are not trapped.

Accessibility feedback

If something blocks you from playing, email [email protected] with your device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the page or level where it happened.
